We bought this mostly to power our upright 21cf freezer when the power goes out. We've used it twice now and it worked great. We also hooked it up to our 18cf refrigerator (at separate times) and it powered that too. Normally our power doesn't go out for more than a couple days but this kept us from losing the stuff in our freezer. I figure the loss of our freezer items would have amounted to what we paid for this generator. Plus we can use it indoors unlike a gas generator. No noise, no fumes. We also got the solar panels to recharge our generator when we have no power but haven't had to use those yet. We've even thought of buying another that we can move around to power other items if/when we're powering our freezer or refrigerator.

I am 78 years old. While some may think the battery is to heavy, I want to say I carried it up to the second floor to attach to the Delta Max. Point is, that it is not that heavy to move around. Charging was easy and I am considering adding the second battery in the future. This is an amazing unit and simple to operate. I was impressed with the amount of power the Max alone could carry.
